Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, international credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, GooglePay, MetaPay and Affirm.
Splitting Payment Methods
Unfortunately, we cannot accept more than one payment method per transaction.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax will only be applied to orders placed in New York. This is subject to change in the future.
Waitlist
Join our waitlist for new colors and styles by entering your email address into the waitlist field located on our product pages. You will receive an email when this item comes into stock.
Promo Codes
Enter your promo code in checkout in the field that says ‘discount code.’ If your promo code is not working, please contact us at info@amlilies.com.
Gift Cards
We’re sorry, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

Shipping Questions
Shipping Policy
Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday excluding all National Holidays. Orders are processed and shipped via UPS within 48 hours of the time it is placed. All orders placed on our website will ship from our warehouse, which is located in New York. We do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Shipping Cost
Standard 3-4 day shipping is free. Costs may increase for Express orders.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside of the contiguous United States. Orders will not be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and other countries.
Editing Orders or Addresses
Changes can be made to orders within 30 minutes after placing. If your order has already been processed, adjustments cannot be made. Please wait to receive the package to initiate a return back to us.
Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
If your package doesn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you wait 2 business days for it to arrive before reaching out to us at info@amillionlilies.com. After 2 business days have passed, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim for your order. A Million Lilies cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to confirmed correct delivery addresses. If you received a delivery confirmation but cannot find your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or a trace.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on all items (except those marked “Final Sale”) within 14 days of being delivered as long as items are undamaged, unworn and have all of the original tags attached. If your return or exchange does not meet these conditions, our Customer Service team will reach out to you to let you know we are unable to accept it. In these circumstances, your order can be sent back to you for an additional shipping fee.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us letting you know it is being processed. It can take up to ten business days to process your refund. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped to you once your return is received at our warehouse and has been processed.

Damaged Goods
All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment for quality assurance. If you find a product to be defective or damaged please immediately reach out to us at info@amlilies.com.
You will receive a refund if the item cannot be replaced and the item is classified as damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects.
Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not accept items that have makeup or deodorant stains, are torn, stained, have pen marks, or smell strongly of any odor (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.)
Fit + Sizing
Determining Size
Our dress is made with an intentionally relaxed fit through the waist and hips.
For our recommended relaxed fit, please start with your waist measurement in our size chart. Size down one size for a more fitted look, or size up if your bust runs large - at least 1.5 inches larger than our recommended spec.
To Measure Yourself
Bust - we recommend you measure comfortably around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist - we recommend you measure comfortably around the smallest part of your waist.
Lower hip - we recommend you measure comfortably around the widest part of your hips including your backside.
